Ingredients:
Black Tea, 3 tablespoons total: 1 tbs Assam Tea, 1 tbs Ceylon, 1 tbs Darjeeling (per your taste)
Spices: Ginger, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Ceylon Cinnamon, Cardamom, Fennel, Star Anise, Cloves
Milk, ½ cup, heated separately in a sauce pan
Honey or sugar to taste

Makes two large size cups.

Place the spices into a small sauce pan, medium heat and toast for approximately 2 minutes to release the essential oils and fragrance.

Add 4 cups of hot water, and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off stove.

Add the black tea to the spiced water, let steep for 5 minutes. Strain the tea into a large glass jar or measuring cup. Add the hot milk and pour into 8 ounce mugs. Add honey or sugar to taste.
