French Sel Gris (“Grey Salt”) forms underneath Fleur de Sel, in the salt marshes of France's coastal seawater marshes.The salt obtains its natural grey coloring from the salt crystallizing on clay, absorbing wonderful flavor and nutrients.
At the salt marshes, the salt is skillfully and slowly raked, to collect mounds of exquisite crystals – sel gris. This salt is touched only by the sun and the raker.
Our organic herbs are carefully chosen for their flavor profiles and healing properties, and sourced from sustainable herb farms around the world.
