Roasted split chicken
Organic chicken, olive oil, Rubbo Salt of the Earth, organic paprika

Heat oven to 425.
Rub the outside of the chicken with olive oil, Rubbo Salt and paprika, front and back. Roast in pre-heated oven at 425 degrees for about 60 minutes (check for doneness).

Heat oven to 425.
Lightly score the rind of the lemon with a small sharp knife. Place the lemon inside the chicken. Add fresh herbs, rosemary, oregano, etc. and Rubbo Salt inside around the lemon. Rub the outside of the chicken with olive oil and Rubbo Salt. front and back. Roast in pre-heated oven for about one hour, 20 minutes (check for doneness).
